These Terms of Service govern your access to the DetailPro website, pre-sale offer, and software services. By purchasing, accessing, or using DetailPro, you agree to these Terms.
Service Overview
DetailPro is a software product for automotive detailing businesses. The founding member offer is a recurring subscription that provides early access benefits, launch notifications, and access to the service once made available.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Billing
- The founding member offer is billed as a recurring monthly subscription unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- You authorize recurring charges using the payment method you provide at checkout.
- Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed by Stripe.
Pre-Launch Status
By purchasing before public launch, you understand that some parts of the product may still be in development. Launch timing, beta access timing, and non-material product details may change as the product is finalized.
Founding Member Pricing
If you purchased under a founding member offer that states your promotional monthly price is locked in, that locked-in pricing applies only while your subscription remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, the then-current price may apply.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not automatically reverse previously paid charges except as provided in our Refund Policy or where required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or service, interfere with operation or security, reverse engineer the software except where prohibited by law, resell access without permission, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
DetailPro and its related content, branding, software, and materials are owned by DetailPro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DetailPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to DetailPro in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or create risk for DetailPro, Stripe, or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business entity operating DetailPro, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You should update this section if you later decide to use a specific state or country governing law.
