Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the DetailPro founding member subscription.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed.
Pre-Launch Refunds
If you cancel before DetailPro publicly launches, you may request a full refund of charges paid for the founding member subscription by contacting contact@detailpro.app.
90-Day Launch Commitment
If DetailPro does not publicly launch within 90 days of your initial purchase date, you may request a full refund of amounts paid for the founding member subscription before launch.
After Public Launch
After public launch, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, except where required by law or where DetailPro expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@detailpro.app from the same email address used at checkout.
- Include your full name, purchase email, and the reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing problem, contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and affect access to the service.
